"I’d really recommend the intro day to anyone looking to build confidence, learn new skills and have a thoroughly enjoyable day. The instruction was of a really high standard and the location was a great. I’ll definitely be back for more!"(Annette)

"It was really good to be in a group of supportive women who didn't feel they had to compete with each other. Although of course it'll be fun to get back out and give the boys a run for their money now!" (Debbie)

"I just wanted to drop you a quick note to say thank you for the course on Saturday. My cycling buddies couldn't believe how my confidence had improved, especially on the down hill, from just one day of instruction!" (Jo)
