Downhill MTB riding in Northamptonshire

School Mountain Biking

We can offer guided rides fully risk assessed and insured with a qualified first aider to accompany you on rides around local reservoirs such as Pitsford Reservoir (Northamptonshire), Stanwick Lakes (Northamptonshire) and Willen lake (Milton Keynes). These rides suitable for riders from 8 years upwards. We would suggest that you use a place that can also offer bike hire onsite as this can considerably add to the cost. For 30 children a 2 hour ride with a guide (including bike hire and helmets - teachers are free!) is usually £270. All paperwork and risk assessments are available on booking, please contact us for more information.

All instructors are DBS checked and fully insured with copies of paperwork available on request. As these courses are children specific there is no need for them to be accompanied by you on the day however they will need to be collected at the end of the course by a responsible adult.

We run a ratio of 1 adult to 6 riders and a maximum of 12 riders in total (2 instructors), this ensures quality instruction and time spent with each child.

Booking can be made online or reserved online and a cheque sent in to us. Once we have received payment we will email out the precourse information to you which details where to meet and what your child will need with them for the day.
