Intermediate Mountain Bike Course
Our Intermediate level mountain bike course is structured to coach you in more advanced mountain bike skills to keep you riding on the bike and maintain your speed when riding challenging trails.
The following modules are covered during the course:

- Bike set up and rider positioning
- Berms and Cornering at speed
- Drops - techniques including jumping these at speed
- Bunnyhopping/lifting the rear wheel
- Ascents & Descents - advanced techniques
- Trackstands/balance techniques
- Combining technical obstacles
- plus much more to help you go faster and higher....
All courses run 10am till approx 4pm
Cost: £60 per person (includes all instruction and Permit to Ride)
Intermediate MTB skills courses run at
Woburn Trails, nr Milton Keynes.
Please note that due to the nature of the course we do not hire bikes out for this course, we would expect you to have your own mountain bike which you are more fmailiar with.
Course Prerequisites
This course is suitable for mountain bikers who want to add in some speed and height to their riding and want a choice of techniques to tackle obstacles with.
To attend this coaching course you need to have mountain biking experience such as trail centres as well as being able to happily lift the front wheel and roll drop offs up to 50cm.
