Get Mountain Biking is a national provider of mountain bike courses, guided rides, Women only days and childrens courses at venues across England.
The mountain bike courses we run will give you all the knowledge and experience you need to get you riding and keep you mountain biking in all terrain and conditions, still with a smile on your face.
We have helped hundreds of people improve their mountain biking skills and whether you are training for an adventure race, trying off-road cycling for the first time or simply want lessons to improve your mountain bike skills to keep up with the pack, we can help you.
Mountain Bike Instruction
We offer a range of Mountain bike instruction, from the fundamentals mountain bike courses
for the rider new to mountain biking, who wants to get the basic technical skills under their belt, the Core Skills mountain bike course
for the rider that has ridden off road before but wants the technicque and understanding of how to tackle obstacles, through to the Private Instruction
for the rider that has limited time or wants a tailored specific course for them.
Childrens Mountain Biking
From a half days skills course
through to Birthday parties
or teaching your child to ride a bike we can offer a wide variety of courses, from children to teenagers. Please see our childrens pages to start with or contact us

Mountain Bike Guided Rides
We can also offer guided rides for youth groups, summer holiday playschemes and schools on terrain as gentle or as challenging as you want to make it, from Pitsford Reservoir through to full mountain biking, all supplied with hire bikes, all routes risk assessed and DBS checked, First aid qualified instructors.
if you are bored of the gym adn Boot Camp but still want to enjoy exercise them why not take up cycling, Helen can offer tailored sessions from gentle introductions and aerobic workouts through to a skills a week and learning technical trails or road riding set up with HR zones. Speed work, fartlek, intervals, hills and maybe the view of a woodpecker, a few rabbits or a muntjac deer in your workout room!
