The mountain bike courses we run will give you all the knowledge and experience you need to get you riding and keep you mountain biking in all terrain and conditions, still with a smile on your face.
We have helped hundreds of people improve their mountain biking skills and whether you are training for an adventure race, trying off-road cycling for the first time or simply want lessons to improve your mountain bike skills to keep up with the pack, we can help you.
Mountain Bike Instruction
We offer a range of Mountain bike instruction, from the fundamentals mountain bike courses for the rider new to mountain biking, who wants to get the basic technical skills under their belt, the Core Skills mountain bike course for the rider that has ridden off road before but wants the technicque and understanding of how to tackle obstacles, through to the Technical Skills mountain bike course for the rider that wants mountain bike training to get them riding difficult obstacles and at a faster pace. We also run two levels of bike maintenance courses from those who want learn to mend a puncture through to those who wish to strip down their bike, service the headset and bottom bracket and then rebuild the bike.Bike Maintenance Courses
For those of you who wish to become good home mechanics we offer 2 levels of cycle maintenance courses. Suitable for all levels and delivered in dedicated cycle training facility by a Cytech qualified maintenance mechanic in Milton Keynes these bike maintenance courses will teach you in a hands on style on your bike. Topics covered range from mending a puncture through to truing wheels, replacing a bottom bracket and adjusting headsets.MIAS Instructors Qualification
For those wishing to take out groups of children or guide rides we can offer the MIAS mountain biking qualification, approved by Welsh Cycling this award will teach you everything you need to qualify you to take out guided rides.Gift Vouchers for Mountain Bike Courses
